The original Suzuki Katana was a novel sports motorcycle that was designed in 1979. The Suzuki Katana name was later used for sports touring motorcycles through the year 2006.the earlier versions of the Suzuki Katana were in 550, 650, 750 and 1100cc versions.
The special 1100cc version came out with variety in brakes, camshafts and wire spoked wheels that are something of a legend right now. A one off model that appeared in 1984 was the Suzuki Katana 750SE. It had pop up headlights and air oil cooled engine. Interest in the Suzuki Katana revived in the 1990s and the 250 and 400 models were very popular. The 1100cc models were reintroduced with minor changes.
The GSX750F Katana is a nimble new bike with a sporty look and colors. The larger katana will give you the same ergonomics as that of the 600. In addition, you also get the additional horsepower provided by a 750cc engine. Most of the distinguishing traits you saw in the 600 can be found in the 750. You will get the double overhead cam, a 16- valve and four cylinder engines with a silent type of cam chain.
The new Suzuki Katana is finely balanced, supple with a form suspension. It also has lightweight aluminum wheels and radial tyres with triple disc brakes.
